MOODLE Prints is run by Sophie, a hands-on maker and her husband Mat, who enjoys turning an idea into something real. What began with practical solutions including tool organisation, fabrication jigs, car parts, custom maps and even a LEGO exhaust system for planning low-waste custom manifolds has grown into an ever-changing collection of 3D printed gifts, collectibles and bespoke creations.
Many ideas develop through word of mouth, genuine requests and plenty of testing. Together they adapt and refine each project to make it more functional, better looking and ready to share with a wider audience.
Today, MOODLE Prints is both a shop and a showcase for what 3D printing can do. Whether it’s a fan-inspired display piece, a personalised present or a completely new challenge, every creation is approached with care, curiosity and plenty of personality.
Soph is the person behind MOODLE Prints, keeping the business organised and moving forward. Mat lends a hand with the practical side, helping to design, refine and produce the prints. It’s a family-supported business filled with creativity, problem-solving and plenty of personality.
Mat helps to develop many of the designs and adapts existing ideas to make them more functional, better looking or better suited to the person they are being made for. New products often begin with a genuine request, followed by plenty of testing and refinement before they reach the shop.
The name began with a family nickname. Soph’s eldest son calls his younger brother “Moodle Doodle, or Moodle.” When the business needed a personality of its own, MOODLE Prints and its much-loved cow mascot, Moodle, came naturally.
